Processing time is currently 3 to 21 days since our items are made to order. If processing time is longer it will be on the main page banner at the top of the page.

Processing time means the time needed from the date you ordered until it is packed up and shipped. 

Shipping time is approximately 2-5 days. Shipping time means how many days it takes the carrier to deliver your items. But may take longer depending on USPS or UPS. All items are thoroughly visually inspected prior to shipping.  Once it leaves us we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.  If an item arrives in poor condition it is a USPS or UPS issue. You must file a claim. No refunds will be given for these situations as this is completely out of our control. 

Processing time and shipping time are two DIFFERENT things. 

For Pre-order items: **This starts from the time I receive the shipments for pre-order items. Not from the date of order.  When you choose to participate in a preorder you agree that you are aware they may take  2-3 weeks or even 4-6 weeks depending on the situation.
